  1.  <N>ame..........Input your name to create/determine your exercise file.         <E>xer..........Go to the Exercise screen and account for your time.            <F>ile..........To list/select exercise files.                                  <B>rowse........To sequentially go through the food data base.                  <!>exit.........Exits the program.                                              <L>ist..........To see the recipe names and optionally, the ingredients.        <I>nspect.......To Inspect the nutritional value of any single food.            <A>nalyze.......To analyze the current MEAL or RECIPE.                          <Q>uick.........A toggle.  Confines the analysis to PROTEIN only.               <C>reate........Begins the process of creating a MEAL or RECIPE.                  <M>eal........To create a meal.                                                 <R>ecipe......To create a recipe.                                             <N>ote..........To make a note for attachment to the RECIPE.                    <F>ood..........To select foods for your MEAL or RECIPE.                        <E>rase.........To erase a food item from a MEAL or RECIPE.                     <S>tore.........To store the recipe you have created.  OVERWRITES LOCATION.     <R>ecall........To recall a stored recipe.  If creating a meal you can                    <D>ivide the recipe into portions for <T>ransfer into the meal.       <D>aily.........To save your MEAL in a daily regemin.                           <K>scr..........To blank the display.  Any key restores it.                     <*>clear........To delete the current recipe.                                   <#>print........To get a print out of the current recipe & notes.               <V>iew..........To view the note attached to the current recipe.                <R>ename........To rename a recipe which has been recalled.                     <%>.............To change the %MDR for which foods are marked.
